young, dumb, and ugly

i have a small (compared to most peoples) student loan, and then a pretty big car loan, and an old medical bill, that to my understanding was supposed to have been taken care of, but oh well. I would just like some help to manage my payments, so I can pay back what I owe, but the high interest rate of my car payment is working me over pretty good to where I can rarely even afford to make payments on the other two items, so I haven't even tried. I'm just looking for someone out there to help me stay afloat before my credit is ruined forever. I also believe my credit score may not be accurate considering that my father's credit became mixed up with mine about a year ago, and even though everything was fixed, i believe my score was probably hurt pretty bad by all those things.

I am not sure if any consolidation company will include your car payments in the program. But your monthly payments towards the unsecured debts can be reduced to an affordable amount so that you can pay more to the car loans and save some money at the end of the month.
Have you checked your latest credit copy if any incorrect items are still being reported there? Since you are trying to repair your credit so hard, don't let any incorrect entry hurt your credit ratings.
