Hi , I need Help!

Well to get straight to the point , i have credit card debt that i need to get rid of, but i just can't seem to do it. I'm currently in school for Engineering and i have a mess load of bills, mostly from stupid mistakes i've made in the past with credit cards. I'm sure my credit card and computer loans don't gross more that 7,000, but all the bills a spead out during the month so its difficult to pay them on time. I just want to know if there's an way i can consolidate all those bills some that i'm not stressing myself out every month while i fall deeper into credit card debt? Help ...anyone? :(
