I called one of the company that according to this forum can consolidate or help me settle w/ pdl. Unfortunately, according to them pdl cannot be consolidated and the only way out is to make a payment arrangements with them. I have 13 pdl and to make a payment arrangement will still hurt me because their conditions are to repay the loan within 90 days. Some of them doesn't want to settle and threaten me that I signed something that I'm waiving my right for settlement. I read the pdl law in Nevada and seems like I'm in the point of no return. Please help as I am back to square one. I have prepared a hardship letter to all pdl companies explaining why I can't pay them for now. I have no intenions of turning my back on them it's just that all my bills are piling up and I don't even have the money to pay for the house rent, utility bills if I still try to pay their interest. I used to pay $2000/mo just on interest. I have 2 kids and really desperate to resolve this pdl problem asap. 4 more days before I default on all them.

joshnvince , have you sent the proposal to the loan companies with some money in advance? This move can make the deal effective? If they cash your check or receive your money order seeing the hard cash in hand, your deal will be considered accepted. If they don't accept, you will have facts to prove your payment efforts. Try this approach.

Curadebt told me that I can't consolidate PDL. I will try my luck with T&C tomorrow morning.
Arden, money is my problem. I don't have the money to pay for my bills or the pdl interest this Friday more to advance payment.
