Complaints against PRL Payday loan

Beware if any of you hve a loan with prl evidently when you did the ducoments you signed giving them authority to take it out of your paycheck if you defaullted. Believe me was i surprised when it came out of my check and i had to contact the payroll department to find out what it was. I did not hear a word from them besides i had contacted them that i had closed that checking account and to give me an address and i would send a mo in the amount i owed. I did not hear anything, my acount was debited 3 more times for 2 checks each and now this! -- lanita

Did the company try to debit from your account before the due date when you authorized them? Also, did I understand right that they tried to do another debit after the account was closed?

If I have understood this far correctly, it definitely requires urgent attention from you. You need to file complaints with your local agencies about this company and request strict actions.
