Need copy of C and D letter

Where can I get a copy and what do I do then? They are harrassing me to the point that I do not sleep and do not eat I am a wreck. please help me


Their are sample letters in the e-books section of this site on the left under the our sevices section. You need to send the letter certified mail with return receipt.

Why don't you sign up with the site? You will find loads of information here and make good friends. Could you tell us what company you are having this problem with?

Are you going to use the C&D letter for a collection agency or a credit company? The C&D letter is one of the rules mentioned in the fdcpa and it is applicable on collection agencies only. The creditors are not bound to follow it but you can use the letter to stop communication with you. You can't take any legal actions against the creditor if they don't honor your request to cease communication. If a debt collector contacts you after receiving the letter, you have the rights to file a class action law suit for one of the FDCPA violations. Learn more about the FDCPA in the link given below.
