Sonic Payday is in pure violation of the state and federal laws.
Sonic Payday is in pure violation of the state and federal laws. They originate mainly from Canada and do not have the proper licensing in US. You won't need to hire a consolidation company for making payment plans with them. You too can do this on your own. I don't know if anyone here has put Sonic in the consolidation plan. If anyone has, they will respond you.
Sonic will pursue some unfair actions and try to make easy money using illegal ways. Be aware of your rights and keep in touch with your payroll also. In most cases, they send a wage assignment notice to the payroll. If you don't revoke it in time, they will get an easy way to take out money from your account for a file that is already disputed.

I will tell you that I did/do. We worked really hard to get them to agree to payments but eventually they did. Jessica (who is no longer there) at T&C was wonderful and really insisted that they agree to the payment plan. I need to let you know that even though they agreed they never signed a contract with T&C and now they seem to have turned the account over to Universal Fidelity. I don't think I'm the only one they have done this to either. Flying Heights is correct in saying they are in violation of state and federal laws. If can get them to give you an address please let us know what that address is, it is always interesting to see what they say for an address.
