To whom it may concern,
We have a total of around 21,000 in debt right now. We're never late with payments, but we'd like to set up a plan to pay everything off in a given time limit and still put some away for our future. I'm in the military so we don't have any living expenses other than cable/internet and day care. We want to pay everything off in 24 months (if possible).

If you are interested in some debt management program, he will inform your lenders about the plan and arrange lower payments with them. Tell him that you want to pay off everything within 24 months.
