Thank You Christina!
Thanks Christina. I appreciate it! As you know from my posts that is who i'm having trouble with. I caslled them to make some type of arrangements but they just laughed. I read on this site somewhere that a person has to behind 90 days before they decide they want to work with you. I have been looking into different consolidation companies but haven't picked on just yet. Anyway, in the mail today i recieved a letter from Chase telling me that they are willing to work with me i just need to call them. In their letter chase says " We recognize that your current financial circumstances may be making it difficult for you to pay promptly, and we want to work with you to find a solution. Please do not hesitate to ask for assitance, we're here to help you" Then as a P.S Chase says "We have options that can make things easier for you. For example, you can have affordable payments automatically transferred from your checking account." Why didn't they try to help me out when I first called them to work something out in the 1st place? Should I deal directly with Chase on this or wait for the consolidation program? Any help here would be appreciated
Things sound different when it????????s put verbally b
Things sound different when it????????s put verbally but now that you have in writing about their willingness to work with you, go ahead and grab this opportunity. Things might turn easier for you to the extent that you won't have to hire a consolidation program. When you offer your payments, offer it very realistically. Put that much amount only that you can afford to pay in the future. Don't put something that looks lucrative to them and later you are unable to do it. Just my two cents.
