Has anyone out there had any dealings with the collection law firm of Gerald E. Moore and Associates. I sent them a dispute letter within the first 30 days and sent it out certified and yet have not gotten anything from them however they keep sending me settlement letters....wondered if anyone has dealt with these guys.

Basically it's a generic settlement offer to call their number if interested in settling. No they have no validated the debt. It's suppose to be a chase debt sold to another company I never heard of before and was not notified that it was sold....
I just wanted to know if anyone was ever able to get this firm to actually validate a debt.
