I've recently had a debt to show on my Experian account from the above collection agency. I don't have a clue as to who they are, and what this debt is for. If you know how I can contact them I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Terrance

Anyone who has a debt from this company please send email to the help desk: help(at)hesskennedylaw.com. These people are placing negative history regarding alleged "AT&T" accounts. Many of the accounts are way past the statute of limitations. We are currently investigating the possiblity of requesting a civilinvestigative demand from the FTC.

We are working with the Florida Attorney General's Office. Most recently one of our clients were sued by these people and when we filed a motion to dismiss seeking a copy of the original contract, they backed off.

Even if you are not currently using Hess Kennedy Company, please do not ignore letters from these people, or Encore Receivables. We think that the collection of stale debt is a scam, and would like anyone interested in cooperating with the Association of Attorney Generals, or Federal Trade Commission to contact us.
