Credit Consolidation vs. Debt Settlement

We have been monitoring these boards for the past week, as well as working with some recent client issues.
It is becomming apparent that some clients referred to us by CCCOA are Consolidation Clients and not in need of an Attorney to Negotiate with their Creditors.
Because we rely upon certified credit counselors to make that decision, we only became aware of this due to an increase in call volume.
This increase in call volume resulted in some of our clients not being able to get through.
We are asking that any client who was told by their counselor that monies paid each month are distributed to your creditors in accordance with an accepted proposal, please contact:

Your funds will be transferred to the Credit Counsleing company or returned directly to you.
