I received this Action for Money Judgment from MRC Receivables Inc.
I have contacted an attorney we have decided to deny all claims and go to court. The attorney states that it would be a waste of money to hire him but he thinks we have a real good case and told me exactly what to say and what to take do you have any advice? Im nervouse about not doing the right thing and loosing this case.
