has any one used a Loss Mitigation company to save there home from forclosure? Please let me know I am thinking of using one and I need to find one that I can trust. Thank you (sorry spelling)

chelly, I used one several years ago that was actually within my mortgage company. They sent me the paperwork and actually refinanced me and my late payments back into the mortgage.
Check with your mortgage company first!
