I don't have a contract w/ RAB. My account from CC was taken over by RAB. They said if I wanted to opt out, then I would be refunded the last two months of payments. Otherwise, my acct would be turned over to a new consolidation agency. I just wanted to be sure I would actually get my money if I choose to opt out.
My CC contract says that the deposit will be refunded upon completion of the program. However, that company is defunct. Since they didn't hold up their end of the contract, I should get my money back. But, but because they are no longer in business, I doubt if I will. I was just wondering if anyone had actually recovered their deposit from CC.
