Closing my account

I recieved information on my credit report that I have an inactive open account whcih I would like to close. The account reads NCYDSNB. I only have a partial account number. How can I contact this company and close my account. I dont even know who they are.

You should be able to get this item removed from your file after taking with someone from the company. If this doesn't work, place a formal dispute in writing with the credit bureau.
