I have contacted Hess Kennedy to terminate services and am still being drafted. I also indicated that I have consulted an attorney and unless I am provided wtih proof that any work had been done on my case prior to that notice, I want a refund of the one months payment prior to that.
I have documented my many unanswered emails and phone call attempts.
I will be contesting the charges with my bank today. Tell me what information you need from me to assist me with this.
