internet PDLs in OH legal?/letter templates

I live in OH and have internet PDLs from CashNetUSA, principal of $800 but paid at least $900 in interest with others paid at least twice the principals. Except for CashNetUSA, others had extension fees. Also, where can I find template for letters to send to PDL's?

Donna, Contact AMY445 she also is from Ohio. She has filed some complaints with the AG office and has gotten one marked paid in full. She is wanting anybody from Ohio to do the same. She has been a wonderful addition on this forum. Good Luck KYSIDE38
