In live in Cleveland, Ohio and fell into GFSIL. They are now harrassing me and charging me large fees. Who can I talk to about this. I have closed my account..

If they were licensed in your state, they you would have paid them the fees on your loan account. Try to arrange for a settlement amount and get them off your back.
