Can one or more of you knowledgeable forum members give me a hand? Some of you may have read a previous post from yesterday regarding my current situation with Cashnet 500. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/collection-agencies/about15024.html

Anyway, this jerk I'm corresponding with via email keeps saying that his company does not have to adhere to the small loan lending laws of my State, when I informed him that the interest/finance charges on my loan were illegal in my State and his company is also not licensed in Indiana. His reply was, "Not if the loan was done out of Utah. The loan wasnt done in Indiana. It was done in Utah."

Can anyone give me some info. to backup my claim that this pdl must follow the lending laws of Indiana?

Don????????t believe what the loan company says. They must follow your state laws because they are lending in your state. For this, they need to be licensed in your state also. Here are a few more about the laws in Indiana.
