They are both part of Rio Resources. A lot of people on this forum have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them.
From what I have read about them in previous posts on here, they are not easy to work with at all. Have you already defaulted on your loans with them?

How much is the loan amount taken from the company? And, how much have you paid them. You must check your state laws first for the legal charges applied in your state. Confirm whether the company is licensed to do business in your state so that they are allowed to put charges on your account. If they are not licensed, you are liable to pay only the principal amount. That's my understanding so far for unlicensed payday lending companies.

I have dealt with loanstilpayday, which has the same generic website and is also Rio resources. I had success with them.
God, I'm confused!
I guess the first question is where exactly to I go to see if these PDL's are lic. in the state of Arkansas? I have defaulted on either on (both are for $300.00) but just paying the "interest" for the two is eating me alive. So much so I can't even buy groceries. I guess I'm like so many others and just get trapped before I knew it. I don't want to default on anything just would like an easier option for paying back what I borrowed. Is it just hopeless?
