When I try send the required info it tells me I have already contacted them. I believe it may have been my wife but I have a question now. How do I get them to contact me? Mike

You did the sign up for the free counseling long time back in the month of June. Try a sign up with a different email address because the email address you are using is already in the system. Or, call the customer care at 800-601-1579 for further help.
