I need to know the address for Cash Transfer Centers and Bass and Associates I also want to know if Credit Management Services is a good debt settlement company if they are not do you know a good Debt Settlement company that will accept payday loans I too have been threated at work by Bass and Associates and I was also wondering if any of these payday loan companies could garnish my paycheck I did send my payroll department a letter stating them not to garnish my paycheck for any cash advance companies that send them a letter please let me know what you think I should do my other payday loan companies were Khaki Holdings what is there address and also Apollo Group and M1Y direct those two went to this Bass and Associates collection company I don't know about Khaki Holdings and Cash Transfer Centers but I also got a cash advance from Advance America but they told me they are not a payday loan company they gave me a line of credit for 500.00 dollars but I have made a couple 20.00 payments to them, I don't know what they are going to do next can you give me some advice here please.

You need to file a complaint against them with the AG in Florida and be sure in the complaint to put the name of the person who issued the threat. Send them a wage revocation letter revoking their right to wage assignment. Advance America is a pdl company. If I remember right, they are a store front lender. You need to take care of them first. Store front lenders can take you to court and get a judgement. How much have you paid to the online lenders? You need to check and see if they are licensed, check your state pdl laws.

Who are these people? they threatened me at work that my file was going to be sent to my local county and basically arrested at my residence or workplace. Can they do this?

No they can't. This is a common threat they issue to people they call. They are violating the fdcpa. They are crooks, plain and simple. You need to file a complaint against them with the Florida Attorney General.
