By completing and submitting an application via the Internet to Tremont Financial LLC, a South Dakota licensed Money Lender and Limited Liability Company, it is presumed that regardless of your physical location, your application and acceptance of all Agreements will be deemed to have taken place in our office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where we received your application and supporting documents, thereby making South Dakota the place of negotiation, execution and performance of all Applications and/or Agreements. Further, you are subjecting yourself, by purposeful availment, to the laws of the state of South Dakota for purposes of any Application and/or Agreement with Tremont Financial, LLC.
