Paragon Funding

I was directed here while doing a search for Pargon Funding. I contacted the Nevada ph.# listed. I was not behind in payments or had never defaulted but the same $90 kept coming out every 2 weeks for quite some time. I was under the premise that after 6 renewals the loan would start the paydown process. The girl on the phone was very friendly and told me that no that was no the cas but since I had been paying the $90 for so long she was putting my account back to $0.00 balance. Since I have no way of knowing until my next payment would be due if this is true should I believe here and what proof should I call back and ask for. Also If I've paid more than amount financed might I not be entitled to some form of refund of monies taken that should not have been.

You could go to your bank and put a block on any future debits from this lender. This way they won't be able to take any more of your money, should they try to.
As for finance charges, you have paid more than is legally allowable in the state of Indiana, so you could send a letter via certified mail/return receipt and ask for the refund that you are entitled according to the laws in your state. I don't know if you'll get anything back, but it's worth a try. You can state in the letter that you will file complaints with the Attorney General's office, Nevada BBB, etc., which might make Paragon more apt to respond.

Thank-you Tiffany. I just got off the phone with my bank and have blocked them from any future withdrawals. Thanx again.
