Keystroke, if i have paid more than what my state allow to pay, how do i ask for a refund??? Thanks.

Inform your state AG's office about the company that overcharged you. They will contact your lenders since you complained against them. You must also put your refund request to them followed by the copy of the letter sent to the AG's office. There are chances of getting a refund after inserting the state laws. You may try this if it helps. Don't build up high hopes that you will surely get a refund. Most companies don't do it. But do give a try.
