Hello,
I have a PDL with Tremont Finanical that I am paying off. I called them yesterday to see if they could move the date of my repayment to Monday instead of Friday. They said they could not becuase the amount must be deducted on my actual payday. They did say they would only deduct the finance fee if I authorized it. Is there anything I can do/say so they will deduct the amount on Monday. If they do it Friday, my account will be negative and I will get charged NSF fees! Any advice will be helpful.
Thanks

Chris, did you tell Tremont Financial that you are going to get charges on NSF if the money is deducted on Friday? Tell them that you have every intentions of paying the money and will put it in writing, if needed. If you need to plead for this, maybe you should because you are bound due to loan from them. Get their consent in writing if they agree.

Yes, I told them that - they said I could just pay the finance fee of $105 tommorow which will still make my account negative. That was the only response they had. Does anyone have the laws for PDL's in Washington, DC?
