I have been making payment arrangements with my PDL's
for the most part they have been understanding. I am
having trouble with CashNetUSA. They say that the best they can do is half now and half next month. I can't do that I have a total of 8 PDL's that I am trying to pay off. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with CashNet? I am in Colorado. Thanks!

Did you see the post about the lawyer, Langhorne? He used to represent PDLs and then did an about face, I guess realizing he was on the "wrong side of the fence." Anyway, he says he knows how to deal with them. He says he can get them to work with you where you would pay it off over a six-month period, and he said he tries to get them to agree to 50% of the principal, and he gets 25% of the original, so you would still be paying less, and it would be over a period of time. If you're interested, you can go to

. This might be the best way for you to deal with CashNetUSA.

Has anyone else dealt with CashNet? I need some advice on how to deal with them. I am trying to
make payment arrangements with them and they are
not being very nice or willing to work with me.
Someone suggested someone up above, the link was
deleted however. Any info would be great!

Guest, did you check the link on the post above you? Few people are telling about CashNet in that link. You will get some ideas on how to deal with them.

How much is the loan amount you have from them? What state are you in and how much have you paid so far? Some information from you will be helpful.
