Help with names of sister companies

Thanks, the sister company gave me this $300 loan and didn't even ask for an E-signature. How dumb is that :?: And of course, on my bank statement, it just says payday deposit(or something like that). It doesn't give a name from the company that deposited it.

I know. They can be really sneaky, but they're also really stupid. Like I had one with DMS Marketing. They went under all different names to get my money. I finally closed my account. But they weren't licensed, and the contract was a verbal agreement, nothing on paper. I sent them a template letter. I heard from them yesterday. They agreed to mark it paid in full and refund the $150 that I overpaid.

Definitely go with Langhorne Law. He'll probably get it to where you pay them very little back, if anything. He's out to get these places. Have you read his forum? He said he hopes to go to the AG's office with about 200 complaints against these places at which point the AG's office would hopefully think about changing the laws on PDLs in Ohio.
