I have 10 internet payday loans and I live in VA. I have never dafaulted, but I need help.

Maximum Loan Amount: $500
Loan Term: Min: 7 days
Maximum Finance Rate and Fees: 15%
Finance Charge for 14-day $100 loan: $15
apr for 14-day $100 loan: 390%

Check the lenders in the licensee database at http://www.scc.virginia.gov/division/banking/news/pay.pdf and know about the lenders license. You'll know if they are legal to do business in your state.
