They sent me an email yesterday because they say they had the payment from my bank returned to them as "not paid" which I know is not true because the money came out of my account I am fighting because I WAAAYYYY over paid them. SO I get a email in the morning saying please call us within 48 hours and we wont take any action then I get another one that says you have not responded we are sending you to collections.

I think all lenders keep a dispute form where people can express their concerns on specific matters. This company should also have one such form. Write your complaint and urge them to check your records in their system. Copies of your bank statement will prove that you are disputing this correctly. Stick to it and you'll get it fixed.
