Even though I'm in the process of retaining Langhorne Law for debt settlement on my pdls, I'm just curious to know, how far in default were some of you on your pdls when the lenders starting harassing you :?:

Only 2 attempted to harass me, they have since left me alone. One actually started refusing my phone calls. I don't think there is any rhyme or reason as to how long they wait. I think it is different for everybody even when dealing with the same companies, but the two that did call me, one waited a week the other waited 2 weeks.

When I defaulted on CashNetUSA, it was about a week before they started calling/sending letter (This was the only licensed one). With the other three (the ones that weren't licensed), it was 2-3 weeks (one of which I got a refund from after sending Polly's template letter. Glad to hear you're going with Langhorne Law. Good luck.

Hi Brownsugar, Give it about a week after they are due and the calls and e-mails will start. Send them letters stating not to call at work. Also keep in mind you might have to revoke wage assignments if they try that. Good Luck KYSIDE38
