Three credit cards and court costs. I would like to see what my options are on trying to consolidate these bills into one low monthly payment

Are you saying that the judgment is already done by your creditors?
If the matter is on the way to the courtroom, you can do some settlement with your credit card company outside the court and they will perhaps, withdraw the case.
Engage a debt counselor to negotiate with your credit card company. He will do something that will sound good to you. A payment plan will be fixed and you will draw only check to your creditors each month.
