Payday OK have marked my acct. paid in full, as I sent them an email advising of my state's pdl laws and bringing to their attention that I had paid back the principal of the loan and more interest than is legally allowable in my state.
I finally got Cashnet 500 to agree to a payment arrangement of the legal amount I owe them, which has taken me over a month to do. They kept maintaining they only had to abide by Utah laws, even after I posted the pdl laws for this state. I guess forwarding them an email I received from the BBB regarding my complaint against Cashnet 500 might have helped :wink:
Now I'm trying to get 1000-easy-payday-loans.com to play ball, as they've turned me over to A.C.A. Recovery (Norman Kalina, legal counsel) and claim I owe $300 more than the original loan. I have disputed this in writing with the CA and they haven't responded, so now I have written the pdl telling them to call off their dogs (ACA Recovery). I'm also going to file the usual complaints against them to help my case.
I've filed complaints against PD6 Ventures/Xpress Cash/DMS Marketing/VC Funding, whatever else they call themselves, so we'll see if they cooperate as well.
Hess Kennedy sent a settlement offer to Cash Transfer Centers, but I haven't heard whether they accepted or not.

Use the same strategy on 1000-easy-payday-loans.com. They can't get over as long as you are following the laws.
Regarding Cash Transfer Centers, I think you have to wait a little more. They are a twisted .... Don't forget to get the updates from HK.
