I currently have 3 outstanding loans and I have been flipping the interest forever it seems. I pay one off to increase another. I have a 2 yr old son that is with me full time and a apartment I am barely make rent on, because of these loans. If anyone out there can offer suggestion, please do. I am in Wisconsin and all my loans are at a payday store.

Have you tried talking with them, and setting up alternate payment arrangements?

No,I haven't yet...I was just looking to get some other ideas....They ahve differnet payback options, but they all involve the interest, in which if I just hd a break on that end of it, I could swing it...any ideas?

Ok, I just found out that I might be getting sued from a medical procedure I had done that I haven't fulfilled the debt on. I have 3 loans still with storefront places. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can approach them to set up arrangements. I am not really concerned about my credit status, but I want to make good on these loans, but if I get my wages garnished, their will be no way I can pay any of the loans back...please any suggestion would be great!

Hi kpj1000
The DIY will guide you on how to do the negotiations with your creditors. The storefront lender will want to get their money back. Offer them a realistic payment that you can afford and stick to the plans. Chances of working with you are greatly possible.
If your negotiations don't give you the positive results, talk to a professional counselor. He will guide you with the process. Wage garnishment, if that happens, will be done through the court. The judge will see how much you can afford towards the debt after going through your income stubs and expenses. A payment plan will be fixed for you that will be affordable for you. Don't worry, you have options. You have to stay alert and solve this out. Keep in touch with your storefront lenders. They are easy to work with.
