FTC and EConsumer Gov Complaints

Does anyone know how to find their original complaint on the FTC and EConsumer Gov electronic complaint center? I received this reply from the FTC:

I got the same email for the complaint I filed against Interim C

I think I am going to call them to see how we can look up this info for future reference. I mean they state it in their reply but there is no feature on theire website for this. I'll let you know.
