And it was from Richard A Brennan's company.... have you seen the list of complaints about that company, however I signed up paid him my $200....

Isn't it bad, when the people they recommend and call you are only intrested in getting you further into debt, I could not afford the $200... now it seems ive lost it.

Jaz Welcome to the forums. What did you sign up for? Please tell us a little more and see if we can help. You are on a forum that discusses debt. KYSIDE38

If you knew upfront that the CCA was affiliated with Richard Brennan, why did you pay the $200? Perhaps you could try writing a letter and requesting a refund. I don't think that this site would put you in touch with a collection agency intentionally; maybe you have confused various companies?

Yes I got hooked up with RAB and his crew after signing up here, they were the people that this site recommended, would you like me to upload my VM they left me, and where did I say that RB spoke to me?

I come here looking for advice, and all I get is attacked, this site cost me $200, they recommened to me a company who they knew worked for RAB.

Hi, I am sorry, you sound a little confused.

You need to question CCCA because you got the call from them and they directed you to RAB. In some cases, CCCA doesn't handle huge debt accounts and a debt settlement company is hired by them to do the negotiations with your creditors. You need to call CCCA at 800-336-9811 and put your questions about RAB. When you talk about registering with this website, one company is matched as per the info you provided here and company listed in the ranking chart called you. It sounds that you sent the money without understanding the terms clearly. I will not put a single dime to someone on whom I have limited information and haven't researched completely.

No i understood the terms clearly, however its really bad, when this website is recommending companies that deal with scam artists, who only get you in debt more then you are now.

Can someone just answer this question, if RAB is doing business, and this website is recommending companies, who deal with RAB, can someone explain to me why they are recommending these companies.

And Justme, im not confused, im really upset that im now further in debt due to this website, and there recommendations..

I know alot of you are very protective of this site and love it, but I think Jaz has a valid point.

My situation is a bit different, but if I had never found this site... RAB wouldn't have over $1300 of my money. I signed up over a year ago, so of course none of this was a problem yet, so I don't feel like the site has any responsibility in my situation.

BUT, if I had signed on recently and was directed to RAB as a result... I would be mad. I know this site doen't directly work with the Law Offices of Richard A. Brennan, but they are working with companies who use his services.

The responsible thing to do would be to cease all association with any company who uses the Law Offices of Richard A. Brennan.
