Update - SGQ Processing sent to CA

I spoke with a lady named Amber and again their English is not the greatest, not that I am being prejudice but it sounded like someone from India. The number they called and left a harassing script message from was 1-718-715-0846 and the company name is United Federal Bank then they say it’s United Processing Division and they are located in FL but yet the area code is NY.
I sent cease/desit letter to SGQ Processing and requested where to send the money orders to pay off this debt of $250 loan (fee of $75 = $325). I sent it email and fax and sent read/delivery receipt and have documentation of those too. I never did hear back from them and don’t know where to send my money too to pay this off.
This company will not cooperate when you request info and they are no where to be found on the internet for an address.
Does anyone have further information about this company such as an address? When I requested their address they stated they could not give it to me just like when I requested the debt validation. I am going to file a complaint with the AG's office and the FTC.
Also, does anyone have SGQ Processing address or any contact info? And the address and fax number to United Federal Bank and United Processsing Division?

company: united pay services ( wondering how many name do they have?)
city/ staet: jacksonville, FL
and i told him i'm not going to pay the transaction fee and he tolfd me to take it out of the mone i'm sending them back so instead of 250 i sent 240, money gram cost 10 dollars.
