account info request/harassment

I have just been called and harassed by one of your associates. That person called my place of employment over a dozen times in a row. One of my supervisors stood beside me as this happened. She even answered the phone on one of the occasions. I have been written up at work for these calls. I am at the switchboard and can not deal with this over the phone when your company calls here. I AM AT A BUSINESS. PEOPLE ARE IN THE LOBBY. THIS IS INAPPROPRIATE AND ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR.
I have asked that you send me info on my payments and what I currently owe. I am not trying to run from you. I had tried to explain several times that the account you are trying to continuously pull money from does not have funds in it. I am trying to understand what I still owe. You can not just randomly pull money when I have no clue what it is for. You sent me an email, I filled it out, explaining that I could not make payments from that checkign account. I told you to supply me with an address and the amount that I owe. I will send you payments.
According to my records, with everything you have taken from my account, I should not owe you anything else... or much more. I need an itemized list and an address from you. You have caused me hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. If you do believe I still owe you then this just makes it more difficult for me to pay you back. I have lost my car and now my home. I am in no shape to lose my job on top of it. I am a single mother that receives no help.
I am going to have to file harassment charges if I get one more call at work. This morning was out of control. I can not lose my job over this. When I do return a call, I am only getting yelled at and threatened by your associates. This is not accomplishing anything.

Your checking account is at risk. If you think its right, contact your bank and block the loan company from debiting in your account. The loan company won't get anything after you have made arrangements with your bank. You can also request your bank to dispute the debits with the loan company. Once the items are in dispute, the loan company will have to verify with details. If they don't do, your bank can get the amount reverted to your account.
