Check your state laws, go through your bank statements and figure out how much you have paid on them. Find out the latest standing of the loan account, then move from there. If you have overpaid them, claim for a refund. If there is a balance owed, call them and make your payment arrangements. Follow these posts, you'll know more.

They defaulted when they loaned you money without a license. This company is crooked. Close your account while you can before you are hit up for multiple NSF charges and in way too deep. Close it and open a new one. These pdls go by so many different names it may be impossible to block every name they go under from your account. Don't send them anymore money. Demand a settlement and file your complaints with the AG.

This company shares the same address as Cash Supply, I'm not surprised. Their corporate headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA. If you truly owe anything on the principal I will pm you that address and who to forward the money order to. I wouldn't send them anything that has to do with your acct., you don't have to prove anything to them. I also know that they changed their tune with me and the rudeness suddenly disappeared when my AGs office contacted them, and they are not licensed in NM.

I had a loan with Cash Supply, which shares the exact same address as Nationwide, which I can tell you that their headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA. When the lady from NM checked Cash Supply for me, she discovered they were not licensed to loan in NM. I believe that since they are sharing the same address these are one in the same. When you call the number in Atlanta, it will state all the names of pdls that are affiliated with this coorporation.
