cashdoctors a IPDL calls me every day with threats and yelling an screaming at whoever answers the phone and today they called my job and I answered and said we coudn't get personal calls she asked who I was I said Patricia she then screem and aske d for my supervisor I hung up and she then left me a message on my home phone and another nasty message on my cell phone saying if I didn't contact them today they were going to send my laon info to some place called united legal services can they do that I have for in all payday select, payday avenue, pd6adventure, edollard, cash advance network all of thesen are IPDL and this one here where I live in ohio call ace PDL are sending me phone threats but I havn't received nothing through the mail all phone calls ace here where I live in cleve say sending it to legal mediation services so with all this I havn't had sleep since I know when also one of the worst of all my IPDL is cashdoctors name Eric told my mother that someone would be at our house in a couple hours and my mom couldn't sleep for over a week once when answed one friday evening around 8pm said she was lying and where could I be at this time remind you this is 10/16/06 no how ba dcan you get to someone's Mom can someone help me with this issue on what to do and can I get arrested with these payday loans and what and how do united legal services is and works also legal mediation service

First of all, relax and take a deep breath. It's going to be ok.

You came to the right place, we can help. First of all, those threats are simply that..Threats. You cannot and will not be arrested, I promise.

You need to take this one step at a time, you have several options. Sit down and make a list of all of the PDLS you have and what the original loan was and how much you've paid so far. Then, register with the site. Once you register, a counselor will contact you, and can help you with any questions you might have.

There are a lot of people on this site who have been where you are right now, and we are more than willing to help..But please register.

I had a through Rio Resources No Faxing Payday Loan. My loan went into default and they sent it to United Legal. They called me one day and said that if I couldn't pay in one pmt, they were willing to accept 3 payment totaling $270 (for a $200 loan). I paid them the payments (stupid like, with no debt validation or anything). Luckily they DID forward this to Rio Resources, and my acct was paid in full. If they do go to United Legal, try to speak with a MR. HAGGARY, he is very understanding and was the one that helped me out.

If I'm not mistaken, OH has banned Ace from doing business in OH. I'm going to check that out and post the link to the article. And don't worry, you can NOT be prosecuted for defaulting on a pdl (internet or storefront) in the state of OH. Please, you need to get your complaints to the AG's office ASAP against these companies, OH is in the process of going after them, they want the complaints.
