phone creditor limitations?

I have a phone bill from fl. How long is the staute of limitations on that?
4 years. After the debt is past the SOL period, no legal actions
4 years. After the debt is past the SOL period, no legal actions happen against you. Any company cannot sue you because you have the legal protection there. But the debt is still valid and you must pay it back.
However, if the debt is within the SOL timeframe, you need to pay it before the company plans any actions against you.
