be careful they play dirty i been traying to get in touch with them and they never get back well few days ago i recived a heresment called saying if i did not pay they were going to call my job and tell them that i made a bank account fraud and my loan was only for 300 well they said if i did not pay within 1 hrs they were know they took from my husbands account $965.35 that money was to pay my rent on the first know i have no money to pay my rent and maybe no home to leave.

I have been having trouble also with them. I am recieving harrassing calls from a collection agency saying they are representing them but I already have made arrangements with another company to pay back. So be careful that 2 companies are trying to get the money.

how 2 company's act on same money?

yes.. i received an unknown call that left a number for some legal processing firm, Capital and Associates. They threaten to file a summons on behalf of JVC for fraud and a bad check all stemming from a $300 payday loan.

The man at 888-851-8362, Mr. Archie, continued to be rude and abusive towards me and never answered any questions i asked clearly. They called my job and my mother.
this has to stop, i'll be glad to pay JVC if they would stop harrassing me. This can't be legal.

I was having the same problem. I received a call from a firm threatening me and telling me that my wages will be garnished. The guy was really rude and when I tried to make arrangements, he was even more rude when I said I couldn't pay within a few day. They called family members that I hardly even know looking for me when they have my number and could have just left a message. Explained that my accounts were hacked and they didn't even care.

Ok... Heads up ppl. They now have a new trick up their sleeves. I recently recieved a pay day loan from them which first of all I wasn't even aware that I applied for because they are hiding behind other companies, one of which is called Loan 1 Hub. A day after they deposited the money into my account, they had an attorney call me to tell me that the FBI had been watching them and that I had recieved fraudulent funds, but they messed up by telling me that they had deposited the money into my account and then later went back to try to get it back and were unable to do so. Mind you, I did not touch the money for several days just in case this was a fraudulent company, so they could have gotten it back. The attorney then went on to tell me that they had a warrant for my arrest in Harris County Texas and gave me false numbers to try to back their case as well. After talking to several ppl that all seemed to sound the same and of the same origin, I took it upon myself to look up the Harris County Court House and Sherrifs department and inquire about it with them where I found everything to be false. I then told the attorney to blow the charges out of his lying ass and have been telling them the same ever since with an added if you call me again I will be filling criminal charges against you myself!
