I have totaled my Pay day fees thus far and have paid $6222 on a toatl of ten loans. There are only 2 that I have not met the principal and only by $30 which when fees hit tomorrow they too will be in excess. In regards to contacting the AG's office do I contact the AG in the state the company is operation out of or mine and what should I tell them?

You stated none of the companies are registered in your state, run a check to see if they have a registered agent. If they don't, you need to check if your state laws allow them to operate in your state without licensing directly from your state. I'm in FL. If they aren't registered here, they can't operate here. File the complaint with the AG, FTC and BBB. Then attach copies of all three, send them to the companies and demand they cease.

You would contact your state AG's office. You need to give a detailed description of what transacted and how much you have paid on each of these loans. You also need to inform them they are conducting business in your state without a license. You also need to state what your remedy for the situation would be, in the case of you only owing $30, you would state that you will pay them $30 to payoff the balance of the loan and have it marked paid in full. For the others demand they are marked paid in full and if you have paid way over the principal and legal charges state you want a refund for the difference.
