have you heard of mastercard-sterl arc? i got a withdrawl from my bank from them and i didnt sign up for anything

I have never heard of them, and didn't come up with anything when I did a search. If you feel that this is suspicious, you can contact your bank and have them research the withdrawal further. If the withdrawal was unauthorized, the bank can dispute this with the company and get your money back.
