Hess Kennedy is getting ready to sue NCO relating to AT&T debt they are buying that is "stale debt" (past the statute of limitations)

If anyone receives a letter from NCO saying "your credit report was recently pulled, and you have a derogatory"

Please contact hess kennedy. We will be seeking Class Action Status.

No, they vary the "alleged creditor". Any debt that you know is 5 years old, or one you do not recognize as yours from NCO, please contact us immediately. We will send a validation notice for free and see if they can validate.

I got a call from some one stating a civil case is filed against me and they were a litigation consulting firm. When I asked what it was pertaining to they said it was an old AT&t bill and that this was a last chance to pay a settlement or I would be served with court papers. It was a 240 number and I couldn't get a real lawyer on the phone or a real address. Anytime I asked for more information they got really irritated at me. Can you shed some light on this. They did mention something called Star More or More Star. I haven't been able to find that or the Litigation Consulting Firm LLc onlinee anywhere. Any suggestions?
