I live in Pine Bluff, AR and recently took a loan with Arrowhead. To date, I have had to pay $108 in NSF fees because they are not debiting my account on agreed dates. Further they take an additional #30 which was not agreed upon either. I'm considering contacting the Better Business Bureau to force them to conduct business with me as agreed by the both of us. My return fees are $27 a whop. How do I stop them?

Take the help of your bank and put a formal dispute with the company. It's a wrong debit on the date that was never agreed with the company. Your bank should be able to place a dispute on the charges and revert the NSF fees.

Keep filing your formal complaints with the BBB and other law enforcement agencies. The company will be investigated accordingly.
