Complaint against GFS

I have a $200 loan out from GFS. When I opened the loan I was told there would be a $45 finance charge. The total repayment was 245. I called them to pay my entire balance and was told I owe 270!!! They've already collected $155. This was not my understanding. Do I have to pay them a total of 355? I've closed my checking account and opened another. Also, if I tell them to stop calling my place of business do they have too?

last time i talked to them i told them to email me their western union info and a letter saying my account will be paid in full once i pay them 260, i did not get ther email or a call back is this normal for them?
