It's time you should look for another bank unless you have any dues, overdraft fees etc. Your bank should follow your request especially when you are trying to save money from going to the wrong place. Have you reviewed the latest status of each account?

Just tell them your account information was inadvertently compromised online (B of A was VERY responsive to this) or since they seem to be major buttheads anyway by not honoring your requests, I say it's time to find a new one. Oh I know it's a major pain to change your direct deposit, checks, ATM cards etc etc but soooo worth it. Do you really want them having your account information anymore? You need to cut off their access and never ever give out your new information to anyone (no matter how much they threaten).
