Well I email and faxed my letters to my five payday lenders; cashcentral; paydayok;paydayselect;cashnetusa;and tendollarpayday. I got a response from paydayok, paydayselect and tendollarpayday and they are all going to stop the interest and fees and I just owe the principal. They will accept my payment arragment of $50 each payday. I haven't heard from CashCentral or cashnetusa yet but I have been getting this mean sounding man leave a message on my machine all it says is this is Shawn somebody you need to call me back. caller ID says its from CCE? I call the number on caller ID and it doesn't connect so I'm not sure if this is a payday lender or not. So some good news just waiting on two more to accept my terms!

Keep up the good work. And remember, anytime a collector calls you, they have to state what the call is about. You also live in a state that allows you to record incoming calls without their knowledge. Be sure to get validation on any debts you're unaware of.

This is good news! Make sure to get the account marked closed after you have paid to the lenders. The "PIF" letter will be important in case someone else contacts you later for the same debt.

payday payback

thanks for all the good advise here. Just a couple weeks ago I was in such a panic regarding my payday loans and how I couldn't pay my other bills because of them and now I have some peace of mind. I can't wait until they are paid off in March!
