Okay so here is my situation. I am currently working with a cosilidation company to get these accounts taken care of but paydayavenue is the one that I'm worried about. I heard that they also go by sonic and ecare. I heard that they can claim their debt through my payroll. I'm in the military and I'm not sure how easy it would be for them to do this but I also don't wont them harrassing me. I will gladly pay them however I cannot pay them at one time like they are demanding. What should I do? How can I stop the wage assignment? Is there anything specific that it must say? Thanks in advance for the help.

You need to send them a wage revocation letter stating that you are revoking your permission for wage assignment. Wage assignments are strictly voluntary. Payday Avenue is Sonic. This is just one of the names they use.

Yes, they are hard to deal with. They will not make payment arrangements and want full payment at one time. I had a loan with them and made a settlement with the collection agency which was alot easier to deal with. I took out the loan in June and they finally sent it to a collection agency in November.
